Frequently asked questions
The app does not start or respond correctly.Close HoppyStable completely and open it again. If the issue remains, restart your device and make sure you are using the latest available version of the app and iOS/iPadOS.
My progress does not look right.Do not delete the app before contacting support, as deleting an app can also remove locally stored game data. Send us a description of what is missing and when you last saw the correct progress.
Is HoppyStable suitable for children?HoppyStable is designed as a friendly hobby horse game centred on caring for horses, collecting, decorating, training and playful competitions. Parents and guardians should manage the child's device and Apple account according to their own family settings.
How do I report a bug?Email us with the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot is helpful when possible, but please avoid including personal information in screenshots.
