Omerion Studios AB ("Omerion Studios", "we", "us") respects the privacy of people who use HoppyStable. This policy explains our approach to privacy and how to contact us with questions.

1. About HoppyStable

HoppyStable is a hobby horse game focused on virtual stable care, collecting, decorating, training and competitions. It is designed to provide a child-friendly game experience.

2. Personal information

HoppyStable is designed to minimise the personal information needed to play. We do not ask children to submit their real name, postal address, phone number or other unnecessary identifying information as part of normal gameplay.

Game information needed for features and progress may be stored on the user's device. If a feature or future version uses an online service, the privacy disclosures for HoppyStable will be updated to accurately describe that processing before or when the feature is introduced.

3. Support communications

If a parent, guardian or other user contacts us for support, we receive the information they choose to provide, such as an email address, message and any screenshots or technical details they send. We use this information to respond to the request and troubleshoot the reported issue.

4. Children's privacy

We take children's privacy seriously and design HoppyStable to avoid unnecessary collection of children's personal information. Children should not send personal information to us through support communications. Parents or guardians are encouraged to contact us on a child's behalf.

5. Advertising, tracking and third parties

We do not use personal information from support requests for behavioural advertising. HoppyStable's App Store privacy disclosures are intended to reflect the data practices of the version currently distributed. If third-party services, advertising, analytics, online accounts or other data-processing features are introduced, this policy and the applicable App Store disclosures will be reviewed and updated.

6. Data retention

Support correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and protect our services. Information stored locally by the app remains subject to the user's device and app-management choices.

7. Data security

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the information we process. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights regarding personal information we hold about you, including rights to request access, correction or deletion. A parent or guardian may contact us regarding information they believe a child has provided to us. We may need sufficient information to identify the relevant correspondence and verify a request where required.

9. International users

Omerion Studios AB is based in Sweden. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements, including applicable European data-protection law where relevant.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when HoppyStable changes or when legal or technical requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised policy is published.
